Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

  • Average delivery time: 5–7 working days.

  • In rare cases, delays of 2–3 extra days may occur due to stock shortages.

  • If a package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.

  • Free shipping with a Track & Trace number via Australia Post.

Tracking Your Order

  • Your Track & Trace code is in your order confirmation email.

  • Tracking becomes active once the package reaches the courier. Occasionally, delays or errors may appear, but your package is still in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Contact Info@thesandalboutique.one before returning to register your request.

  • All returns must include a Track & Trace code; the sender is responsible for the shipment.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return in good condition.

  • Customer-choice returns (wrong size, change of mind) require you to cover return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Contact us at Info@thesandalboutique.one with your order number and photo/video proof.

  • Once verified, we’ll send you a free replacement (no need to return the damaged item).

Cancellations

  • Due to fast order processing, we cannot cancel orders once placed.

Important

  • We are not responsible for refused deliveries or uncollected packages; these are not eligible for refunds.
